In my private life, I am first and foremost a husband of a wunderful wife and father of a wunderful son.
In my free time, I enjoy running with my best friend, which we do on average four times a week. Sometimes we also compete together in 10-km races.
In addition, I have been playing chess since I was seven years old and have been active for several years on the board of the Schachbezirk 5 Fankfurt e.V. — the umbrella organization of Frankfurt’s chess clubs. Even if this time will soon come to an end, organizing tournaments and acting as chess arbiter is as much a passion of mine as playing chess itself.
